Founded in 2007 by Anna Bellsolà, Baluard is Barcelona’s leading artisan bakery brand, specialising in the production and sale of handcrafted bread.

The company operates more than 20 points of sale across Barcelona and surrounding areas, including 2 locations dedicated to gluten-free products and 4 stands at El Corte Inglés’ Club del Gourmet.

Each point of sale has its own baking workshop where bread is baked on-site, complemented by a central production facility for certain products.
